Phil Garcia

Phil Garcia developed the All Aspect Hockey Development Program in 2017. 

Phil started as a youth hockey player in Brooklyn, NY playing for its area's youth teams. While playing for St Joseph by the Sea HS in Staten Island, he also began his junior career, finishing with over 150 junior hockey games. 

He took his game to the NCAA level tallying 81 games played with 30 points as a defenseman for Becker College NCAA D-III. 

Following his career, Phil began working with the NCAA as an on-ice official working for various conferences and eventually making his way to championship games at the D-I and D-III levels in 2022 & 2023.

Coach Phil has now relocated to Walpole, MA. He holds a position with the Stonehill College women's ice hockey team. He is also a Wellness Coach who has his 200HR certification in yoga facilitation & social emotional learning. He is also involved with the Hockey Player of Color Movement and the Puerto Rico Ice Hockey Association where he continues to grow the game in underrepresented communities.
